1. General Use
By shopping with us, booking lessons/camps, or skating at our park, you agree to follow our shop and park rules.

2. Waiver Requirement
All skaters must have a signed waiver on file before skating the park or attending lessons/camps. Minors must have a parent/guardian sign for them.

3. Safety Rules

• Helmets are recommended for all skaters.

• No skateboarding in the shop.

• Respect others in the park — no reckless behavior, fighting, snaking, crossing traffic or unsafe use of equipment.
  We are not responsible for injuries; skateboarding is at your own risk.

4. Purchases

• See our Return Policy for details on returns/exchanges.

• Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change.

• We reserve the right to refuse service.

5. Lessons & Camps

• Payment must be made in full to reserve a spot.

• No refunds. Rescheduling is possible with a 24 hours’ notice.

• Arrive on time — late arrivals may lose time in their session.

6. Online Store

• You agree not to misuse our website (no hacking, fraudulent orders, etc.).

• We do our best to provide accurate info, but mistakes can happen — we may correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

7. Liability
By shopping with us or using our park, you acknowledge the risks of skateboarding and agree we are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
