Shipping policy

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  

• Delivery times vary by carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our shop.

Local Pickup

• Free in-store pickup is available. Choose “Pickup” at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.

Delays

• We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, let us know within  7 days of receiving your order so we can help file a claim and make it right.

• We are not responsible for lost packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
