Refund policy

Boards & Parts: Returns or exchanges within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. 

Shoes & Clothing: Must be unworn with tags still attached. Eligible for return or exchange within  14 days.

Lessons, Camps & Passes: All sales are final. Rescheduling is allowed with at least  24 hours’ notice.

Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days if something is damaged or defective and we’ll make it right.
