Lucas Takes Home First in OKC's Skate the Plaza Contest

On a warm Friday morning, the guys loaded up to compete in Redbull's SKATE THE PLAZA contest in Oklahoma City. Approximately five hours and a lunch stop later, they arrived. It was a whopping 106 degrees by the time of the contest but that didn't stop them.

Being pulled by a moped, the gap stretched longer and longer until only three skaters remained. Two OKC locals and Lucas Delao. In the end, he gathered his $1000 first place prize, Garrett and Weston took home best trick prizes & Jeremy even won a bet between he & Lucas (you still owe him a smoothie, Luke!!!!). They were in bed by 4am & at Saturday Skate School by 8.
